I am currently the Deputy CEO in charge of SkillValue Freelancers.
SkillValue Freelancers is a service of the SkillValue platform (www.skillvalue.com)
- Supporting you in organization design, roadmap execution, adequate methodology & technical architecture options
- Supporting you in building your freelance team
- Challenging and coaching team members during mission execution as well as next ones


Prior to SkillValue Freelancer, I have been VP Engineering at Zags, an insurance ISV, where I was in charge of roadmap execution (develpment and testing).
Trace One has been my employer during 10 years, prior to Zags, where I moved up the ranks from an initially contracted software developer into permanent positions such as Team Leader, Project Manager, and Software Development Manager, where I spearheaded global projects and major cost-cutting initiatives.

Throughout my career, I’ve earned respect for leveraging resources and delivering SaaS & Product innovations to meet diverse business demands.
My track record: Improving organizational efficiency, profitability, and user service by planning, designing, and deploying highly effective solutions.
In addition, I offer experience in the development, coaching, and leadership of personnel.

Possessing a Computer Engineering Degree from ESEO Institute of Science and Technology, I have also earned an Executive MBA at NEOMA Business School.
