• Successfully creating and implementing the IT Department Induction Program Project (300+ employees/year)
• Designing a ‘Serious Game’ tailor-made to the company
• Presentation to and unanimous validation from the company's IT & Industrial Director and all of the IT Departments’ Heads (10+ people)
