Résumé
After 16 years of strategy and operational consulting experience in Asia and Europe, I am proficient in working within international teams (China, USA, Europe India...) and have acquired a capacity of meeting clients' expectations in a very demanding, fast paced and high standard environment. I worked on key projects, on top of the CEO's agenda, and always delivered them on time. It involved working within a team, which developed my communication skills, being results oriented and being hands on. As a result, I now have a strong background in strategy and project management, with a focus on business and IT strategy development, business cases, roadmaps, business and IT transformation.

-Offshore Société General’s access and security applications in India. Overcame the applications owner’s resistance to change. Provide strong applications security and stability enhancement. Delivered the project ahead of deadlines.
-Implemented the new Sanofi’s Clinical Trial application across Europe and a strong roll-out methodology. Improved deliverables quality and met client’s deadline.

-Created Master Data for Inbev Belgium: Conducted an analysis of the process implemented by InBev and the companies bought by InBev. Project delivered in 3 months.
-Performed account planning analysis for Industrial Equipment department. Creation in two months of a database to target potential companies and approach them.
-Proposal for Carrefour: In one month, recovery of necessary information from specialists in the Retail and logistics service line. Accepted by Carrefour.
-Others projects: Schneider (Help desk globalization), Aviapartner (Operating Model).

-Expansion project for Beijing Bookstore: Despite the lack of involvement and "buy in" of the client and his unclear intentions, validation of recommendations in 10 weeks.
-Found distributors for Jagermeister: In one month, signed a contract for the region of Hong Kong / Guangzhou, 2 contracts finalized for the areas of Beijing and Shanghai.
-Konka's international expansion: In three months looking for information on the Western market, making recommendations. Validation and implementation by the client.
-Opportunity survey to launch a fruit juice for KRAFT China: Interviews with distributors and retailers. Study completed in three months. Conclusions approved by the client.
-Shared service center project for Accenture Asia Area. Creation of all processes, testing and implementation. The shared service center has been made operational.
-Presentation / prospection workshop around MROI in China: In 2 months, identification of stakeholders and 100 leads. Handle workshop logistics. Signature of 2 contracts.
-Creation of a business proposal for Adidas China: Made in 1.5 months in total autonomy, it was presented by my senior manager.
-Business Development and Networking among French expatriates community in Shanghai: In 4 years, many ties with the French companies (Auchan, Renault, Adidas ...).
-Whirlpool market research project: In three months, collecting and analyzing data to determine the most attractive regions in China. Recommendations validated by Whirlpool.
-Samsung market research project: In three months, target identification, obtaining necessary data for analysis, choice of speakers to be interviewed. Accepted by Samsung.
