After 16 years of strategy and operational consulting experience in Asia and Europe, I am proficient in working within international teams (China, USA, Europe India...) and have acquired a capacity of meeting clients' expectations in a very demanding, fast paced and high standard environment. I worked on key projects, on top of the CEO's agenda, and always delivered them on time. -Shared service center project for Accenture Asia Area. Creation of all processes, testing and implementation. The shared service center has been made operational.
-Presentation / prospection workshop around MROI in China: In 2 months, identification of stakeholders and 100 leads. Handle workshop logistics. Signature of 2 contracts.
-Creation of a business proposal for Adidas China: Made in 1.5 months in total autonomy, it was presented by my senior manager.
-Business Development and Networking among French expatriates community in Shanghai: In 4 years, many ties with the French companies (Auchan, Renault, Adidas ...).
-Whirlpool market research project: In three months, collecting and analyzing data to determine the most attractive regions in China. Recommendations validated by Whirlpool.
-Samsung market research project: In three months, target identification, obtaining necessary data for analysis, choice of speakers to be interviewed. Accepted by Samsung.
