10 years of international experience in the Recruitment, Education, and Tech industries have allowed me to develop extensive knowledge in human resources, career advisory, and talent development.
Passionate and very entrepreneurial minded, I have spent most of my career in the startup ecosystem, launching a couple of successful ventures in the recruitment & coaching sector and supporting brilliant entrepreneurs in creating and growing highly effective teams. I recently joined the Higher Education industry, within the Talent & Career team at IE Business School, an institution that fully embraces the values of innovation & entrepreneurship.

Overview of my journey:
- I co-founded two successful startups providing headhunting & coaching services for the past 10 years.
- I coached 400+ professionals & future leaders from top Business Schools in their career and personal development journey, helping them find their purpose, define a solid job search strategy, build convincing application materials, create their unique personal brand, develop a growth mindset, navigate their first 90 days on a new job, and overcome daily career roadblocks.
- I also have advised and accompanied 250+ companies and startups mostly in LATAM & Europe on the definition and formalization of their hiring needs, talent acquisition & retention strategies, employee/candidate experience, and company culture.
- I am a certified ICF Coach (ACTP level), a certified Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner & a certified Points of You® L2 Practitioner.
