Sayan is currently working as Managing Director,India at MSH Group. Post joining MSH Group on 2012, Sayan played an instrumental role to set up India subsidiary for MSH Group and build business verticals and teams across various functions

Before Joining MSH, Sayan completed the one-year full-time (2010-2011) International MBA program at the prestigious NEOMA Business School (formerly Reims Management School) in France, a 80-year reputed french business school with Triple Accreditation - AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA

Sayan served in progressive leadership roles with global technology leaders such as Infosys Technologies Limited and Tata Consultancy Services where he was part of multiple business transformation projects across Europe and played roles ranging from Developer, Solution Architect, Technical lead to Project Lead
