Leadership can be a strange landscape. Smart, capable people reach senior roles… and suddenly the questions become less technical and more human: alignment, culture, difficult conversations, decision-making under pressure, teams that are competent but not quite working as one organism.
I support leaders, executive teams and organisations in navigating exactly those moments. As an executive and team coach (ICF PCC, EMCC ESIA supervisor) and psychometrics specialist, I combine rigorous behavioural diagnostics with deep coaching conversations to help leaders gain clarity, strengthen their impact and build teams that perform with trust and accountability. After more than a decade working with senior leaders across Europe and over 4,000 leadership assessments and team diagnostics, clients tend to come to me when the stakes are high and the human dynamics matter as much as the strategy.
