Acteur du changement depuis plus de 20 ans, j’aime libérer le potentiel des individus et des organisations que j’accompagne.
De mes débuts chez P&G, je garde l’état d’esprit de « consumer is boss ». Focalisé sur la compréhension des irritants des clients, j’identifie vite les opportunités de développement en combinant l'écoute active, ma capacité analytique et mon intuition.
Sensible à l’intelligence émotionnelle pour appréhender les conflits, je me suis formé au coaching (certifié EMCC 2021) et au codéveloppement. Je pratique en anglais et en français, en accompagnant chaque client, que ce soit en transition de carrière ou en poste.
Je m’appuie sur mon vécu de l’entreprise (membre de CODIR) et sur ma double compétence commerciale et marketing que j’ai acquise dans 7 pays différents et sur plusieurs canaux de distribution (retail, e-commerce, pharmacie, hors foyer) dans des cultures d’entreprises diverses (multinationale américaine, entreprise familiale, ETI, start-up).
Convaincu que chacun peut être acteur de la transition écologique, je suis engagé dans plusieurs associations et formé à différents outils qui permettent de sensibiliser et d’engager les dirigeants et leurs équipes sur l’impact qu’ils souhaitent avoir sur les sujets de RSE.
