New Leadership:
Empowering Passionate Leaders and Followers
Avec l'intervention de Michelle Bligh, PhD
Traditional leadership approaches and differences between leaders and followers. Given the urgent demand for change, the time has come to define and defend the benefits of followership. This talk will explore the benefits of empowerment and followership for successful change initiatives, and explore how to develop transformational leadership as a organizational capacity rather than an individual trait.
Date
Friday 11th 7-8PM to 9-10PM
Programme
Our club is pleased to welcome Michelle Bligh, PhD and Professor of Organizational Behavior & Leadership at NEOMA Business School. Her talk will focus on the benefits of both empowerment and followership in an ever changing working environment as well as how to develop these traits at the organizational level.
