The French-Australian Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present you its very first Executive Women in Business of 2016, with the participation of many high- profile speakers, Emilie Van De Graaff, General Manager, Operations at Transdev, Fi Slaven, General Manager at William Buck and Sandra Dodds, Chief Executive Infrastructure Australia & New Zealand, Broadspectrum Ltd and Aline Frantzen, Executive Director, Service Delivery at Yarratrams.

EMILIE VAN DE GRAAFF
General Manager, Operations at Transdev
Emilie has been General Manager, Operations at Transdev since October 2015, having previously been General Manager, Customers, Stakeholders & Marketing since the inception of the Transdev Melbourne bus business 2013. in her current role Emilie leads all aspects of service delivery including more than 1000 drivers, fleet (more than 500 buses) and Transdev's operational control centre. She has led on numerous innovative transport projects including a whole of city sustainable transport program and has managed the passenger transport department of a county council in England

General Manager for William Buck Victoria
Fi is a business strategist and service orientated transformational executive. She is also a member and secretary of the Victorian ICT for Women network and Director of the Go Girl Go for IT expo. Fi was also named 2014 National and Victorian ICT Woman of the Year, for her contributions to the industry After advancing IT leadership roles in healthcare, Fi was appointed as the first Australian CIO for a large professional services firm and subsequently the first female IT APAC regional coordinator and representative on the international IT Advisory committee for the international firm.

SANDRA DODDS
Chief Executive, Infrastructure ANZ Broadspectrum & Chairman, TW Power Services Board Director, Roads Australia Board
Sandra leads the Infrastructure Sector team at Broadspectrum which includes the Transport, Utilities and Telecommunications sub-sectors. Sandra has been the Chairman of the TW Power Services. She has been the Chairman of the TW Power Services Limited Board since 2014 and joined the Roads Australia Board in 2015. Sandra was previously CEO of Downer’s Asia business and has had several operational and finance roles as member of the Downer Executive team.

ALINE FRANTZEN
Executive Director Service Delivery for Yarra trams
Aline Frantzen is accountable for the planning and delivery of over 35,000 tram services each week, the maintenance of about 500 trams, Marketing and Customer Services. Her key focus is to ensure tram network delivers on a safe, reliable, customer-focused and efficient service. Aline leads 1,500 tram drivers, 265 customer service employees, 220 rolling stock maintenance employees, which equates to around 85 per cent of Yarra Trams’ workforce. . Aline joined Yarra Trams 16 years ago and has significant experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and finance; serving as Deputy Chief Financial Officer prior to commencing her role in Service Delivery.
