Résumé
Junior Partner at McKinsey & Company mainly working on operation transformations for large and mid-sized companies.
My main focus is to serve Consumer clients in Europe as well as outside of Europe on Operations-related challenges building on my procurement and product development expertise, gained from experience in Retail before joining McKinsey & Company. I also lead projects in sustainability, aiming at reducing carbon emissions along the value chain
What gives me energy is to develop clients’ agenda to optimize their profitability, coaching clients and team members on day-to-day basis.
Before joining McKinsey & Company, I worked for various retailers in different positions, from purchasing, marketing, product development, own brands's development in France to sourcing in India, Bangladesh.
