- Built a Python-based automation system to check the compliance of laboratory test results (over 720,000 data processed): each toxicological parameter is benchmarked against its regulatory limit, and non-compliance procedures are triggered automatically.
- Designed a multi-level Power BI dashboard covering 4 product categories, 5 regions and around 20 countries: compliance rates, breakdown of non-compliances by parameter and their relative weight across all analysed results.
- Ran statistical analysis of results to detect outliers and strengthen control thresholds.
- Cleansed, standardised and centralised heterogeneous databases into a single analytics repository, ensuring data reliability and integrity.
- Developed advanced calculations and functions in Excel (VBA, Power Query) to automate recurring analyses.
- Validated BI solutions to guarantee the reliability of management KPIs and issued data-driven recommendations for product improvement.

- Delivered analyses and insights by writing and running SQL queries against international customer databases.
- Assessed customer data quality and reliability through “Match & Merge” processes (record matching, deduplication, reference-data cleansing).
- Rolled out and measured multichannel notification campaigns (email, SMS, push) at international scale: audience targeting, KPI tracking and results analysis.
- Defined, monitored and optimised KPIs together with business stakeholders.
- Coordinated the rollout of 3 local databases with the Data teams of each country.
- Contributed to the development of a Notification Centre in an Agile SAFe environment: requirements gathering, process and data validation, project tracking in Jira.
