Working at the intersection of process architecture, learning strategy, organizational design and performance enablement, I support the Finance function in building sustainable transformation capabilities across complex global environments.

• Finance process modeling and governance using SAP Signavio
• design of the Finance Adoption and Learning strategy across the organization
• definition of governance models, operating frameworks and cross-functional collaboration between Finance, HR and Technology teams
• alignment of process & adoption models across SAP transformation initiatives
• executive coordination and transformation governance in close collaboration with Finance Transformation leadership

Leveraging SAP Signavio, LMS and AI-enabled solutions, my role focuses on ensuring transformation becomes sustainable, scalable and human-centered.

Founded and led a QUALIOPI-certified professional training center dedicated to leadership development, executive coaching and human-centered transformation.

As Founder, Executive Coach and Coaching Supervisor, I designed and delivered programs supporting leaders, consultants, coaches and organizations in navigating complexity, decision-making and sustainable change.

Main responsibilities included:
• creating and structuring the training center from strategy to operations
• obtaining and managing the QUALIOPI certification, ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance
• leading the pedagogical strategy and designing professional development programs
• building and managing a team of trainers and facilitators
• delivering executive coaching, supervision and leadership development sessions
• overseeing the full governance and business management of the organization

My approach combines systemic thinking, deep listening and transformation intelligence to help individuals and organizations move beyond operational change toward meaningful and sustainable evolution.

This experience strengthened my conviction that transformation succeeds when human dynamics are treated as a strategic dimension—not as a secondary consequence of change.
