About the author: :

Jean-Philippe Bouillé (NEOMA Reims 1987) is the founder of Syntegris, a consulting firm specialising in strategic inflection points: acquisition, integration, turnaround, and growth acceleration. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and has also completed several Executive Education courses at Harvard Business School. With over 25 years of international management experience, he has led major transformations in the pharmaceutical, food safety, and public sectors, notably as Regional CFO at Novartis, Senior VP at Ecolab, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of a public company. His career includes the integration of several large-scale acquisitions, the deployment of nine-figure performance and productivity improvement plans, and the turnaround of a €500 million European business unit. Today, he supports founders and executives of mid-sized companies as well as investment funds in their structuring, fundraising and expansion projects.




His book, Inflection Point Leadership Series partage, shares the lessons learned from these decisive moments: mergers and acquisitions, operational redeployments, crisis governance, territorial development... always with a human, strategic, pragmatic perspective and... a refreshing touch of humour.
