NEOMA Alumni offers each young graduate the opportunity of personalised support from dedicated Alumni mentor for six months: CV and cover letter proofreading, interview preparation, network building and maintenance, experience sharing.

This special mentoring relationship begins with your job search and continues until you take up your new position, which is an important and sometimes complicated stage.

My New Job programme How does it work? We offer graduates the opportunity to find an alumnus mentor who will follow them for 6 months, with a minimum of one meeting per month. This alumnus will support them in their job search. Practicalities 1st phase Collection of applications from mentors and mentees. 2nd phase The young graduates and mentors are put into teams. They have 15 days to connect and become better acquainted. 3rd phase Each mentor and mentee give their choice of preference. We then form pairs.
