LEAD & ADVISE

NEOMA Business School graduates are found in most large companies and sometimes in large numbers.

Knowledge of recruitment channels, welcoming new employees and belonging to the same company are key to developing effective relationships. In these companies, employees sometimes have the role of Campus Managers by representing their company within their own school.

The NEOMA Alumni association invites you to launch the equivalent of Campus Managers in our network: Firm Managers.

To date, we have identified about thirty companies.

Firm Management is reserved for people with significant professional experience in their company.

What is your role as Firm Manager of the NEOMA Alumni network?

A Firm Manager is a NEOMA Alumni network representative within the company. Inspired by the methods used by American universities, this method is also fashionable in French engineering and business schools.

The role of the Firm Manager is that of a facilitator and an advisor within the company. The scope of a Firm Manager's actions is wide and adapts to everyone's availability and opportunities:

- Help take a step back from work life for the least experienced.

- Develop interpersonal relationships by breaking the hierarchical framework.

- Relay information to members during company forums or post-graduation training, for example.

- Participate in the development of the reputation of the NEOMA Business School label within your company.

- Indicate promising profiles and define, with us, possible enhancement actions.

- Be in charge of organizing the welcoming of newcomers: telephone reception, lunch... according to needs and possibilities.

- Share the knowledge of your profession and company with future graduates.

- Be the preferred source of information for any graduate who is a potential candidate.
