Class anniversaries

By inspiring and helping these reunions, NEOMA ALUMNI pursues its vocation to continuously help the NEOMA alumni network flourish and therefore develop a growing community that goes beyond generations and geography.

Is your class celebrating its 10th, 20th, 30th, 40th, 50th anniversary this year?

NEOMA ALUMNI, the association of NEOMA Business School graduates, would like to take this opportunity to help you in the organization of this event.

With this noble objective in mind, we are actively looking for several class facilitators to set up these events, which marks an important step in your career.

The volunteers will be responsible for deciding on the nature, time and place of this project which, with their precious help, will become a date remembered for a long time. Find out more about the basics of organizing an anniversary party.*

*Class anniversaries: the different stages of your project

The first step

The delegates will have to organize some basic elements, namely:

- Decide on a date (ideally, 2 to 3 months ahead of the meeting, the first invitation cannot be sent less than one month before the event)

- Agree on the nature of the event (lunch, dinner, cocktail party, various or varied activities, entertainment, etc.)

- Find a place that can accommodate everyone

- Define a budget (calculate the amount that the future participants will pay to cover the chosen services)

- Write the invitation

The second step

Once these elements have been defined, the association will make its entire network available to the organizers for its communication, under the direction of each of the facilitators, on this great event, which will enable everyone to meet again.

- Publishing the event on the website’s online agenda www.neoma-alumni.com

- Registration Management (payable fee)

- Sending email invitations to all concerned alumni using the graduate database (+ social networks). Please note that if you wish to contact graduates by phone directly, we can send you the list of telephone numbers we have available
